Nitrogen Heaters

ClassificationGas coolers. Shell & Tube, fixed tubesheets mounted directly in the piping, no bonnets. Liquid cooler, removable U-bundle with removable bonnet.
FeaturesVarious coolers for a packaged mobile wellhead compressor unit. Multiple scenarios were calculated, and the "worst case" was identified for each device. Coolers designed and built according to NAM specifications.

Gas inlet and aftercooler

Mobile Depletion Unit (MWHC). This unit enables our customer to extract the final remaining gas from a well. The unit is mobile, allowing multiple wells to be exploited with the same unit.

The gas pre-cooler is a gas cooler where the gas is pre-cooled with coolant to compensate for the temperature rise in the compressor. The gas outlet cooler cools the gas at the outlet to the specified final temperature. The lube oil cooler is a liquid cooler that maintains the compressor’s lubricating oil at the desired temperature.

Following the success of the previous “Mobile Depletion Units”, it was decided to design another unit (MWHC 2.0). In this version, specific processes were adjusted, leading to a more compact unit. The choice of materials and the application of specifications were also slightly adjusted downwards to achieve cost reduction. Without compromising on quality, substantial savings were realized as a result.
